Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dives into existing processes across business units to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities
- Architect the 'To-Be' state, making strategic decisions on whether to leverage existing AI tooling or build custom solutions
- Engineer agentic systems and complex workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques
- Build innovative, end-to-end AI systems that solve internal business challenges, encompassing data engineering, software development, and sophisticated AI components
- Act as the bridge for adoption, ensuring new AI-native processes are not just implemented but fully exploited by teams to create long-lasting operational impact
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years professional engineering experience
- Proficient experience with Python, GCP (or another cloud), solid understanding of software engineering principles, machine learning fundamentals, and version control (Git)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A passion for operational excellence and experience working across different departments (Sales, Engineering, Finance) to solve complex workflow puzzles
- Familiarity with Workflow automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or other AI tooling
