Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade GenAI and ML services on SAP BTP.
- Build and maintain robust RAG workflows, including embedding pipelines, indexing, retrieval logic, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ensure AI models deliver high-fidelity, trustworthy financial insights for global enterprise use cases.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, deployment automation, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver AI features at enterprise scale.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in software development ideally including some exposure to AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred), Java or similar languages with experience in relevant frameworks.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: clean code, automation testing, Git/GitHub.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
- High curiosity and eagerness to explore emerging AI technologies.
