Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications
- Utilize knowledge of apps support procedures and concepts to field issues and queries from stakeholders
- Work with relevant technology partners for long-term remediation of issues
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of how areas of apps support contribute to achieving business goals
- Act as a liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors
- Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation
- Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues
- Cooperate with Development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge or interest in apps support procedures and concepts, and other technical areas
- Familiarity with tools like Abinitio, ETL processes, and Control Center
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/LINUX command-line operations
- Exposure to Big Data concepts, including HIVE, and experience with Java Spark
- Basic understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Foundational knowledge of Oracle SQL/PL/SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
- Basic knowledge of AI and prompt engineering
- Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices
- Basic business knowledge and understanding of financial markets and products
- Knowledge of problem management tools
- Developed communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
