Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, event-driven architectures using Go and Kafka to support a diverse range of product domains
• Develop high-quality APIs and data integrations that connect the platform to physical devices, external markets, and user-facing interfaces
• Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into backend services to solve complex problems and enhance the 'Gen AI' infrastructure
• Take end-to-end responsibility for services, from initial design and testing to deployment and long-term observability
• Design and implement automation solutions that create real business value, leveraging workflow engines and low-code platforms alongside custom code

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g. top-tier consulting, fast-scaling startups, or similar)
• Proven end-to-end responsibility in software engineering or infrastructure/DevOps, from ideation to release
• Strong background in relevant fields, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
• Proficiency in Go, or similar, with a 'right tool for the job' mindset regarding automation
• Fluent in spec-driven, AI-assisted development (e.g. Claude Code)
• Self-driven problem-solving mindset, with a passion for understanding systems, data flows, and integrations
