Business Core Solution Architect - Tech @ Energy Retail (f/m/d)
E.ON Digital Technology GmbH is playing a key role in shaping the energy transition by leading E.ON's digital transformation across Europe. The team paves the way for digital excellence in energy retail, building a strong foundation for digital product development—from planning and architecture to communication and governance.
Your Role - Meaningful & Rewarding
- Leading the architecture discussion for the Core Platforms (CRM, Billing etc.) to deliver seamless business solutions for the Energy Retail Segment
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical designs
- Working closely with the Enterprise Architecture to develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the Core environments
- Guiding and supporting project teams throughout the design, development, and implementation phases
- Ensuring solutions align with E.ON's business goals, compliance policies, and security standards
- Fostering collaboration between IT and business units to drive digital transformation initiatives
Your Profile - Authentic & Open-minded
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Kraken, etc. platforms
- Strong understanding of Energy Retail business processes and how to map them to technology solutions
- Experience in integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies connecting SAP and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of energy sector business processes is a plus
- Relevant certifications in SAP, Salesforce, or solution architecture are highly desirable
