Responsibilities
- Develop practical concepts along the entire data value chain, from data engineering to analytics and the use of generative AI
- Assess the maturity level of organizations in data management and data & AI literacy, and identify potentials and challenges
- Advise companies on the development towards data-driven organizations, including requirement analysis and presentation of business value
- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders from business and IT to understand requirements and communicate solutions
- Design, develop and implement data solutions using modern cloud services and integrated data platforms
- Accompany transformation projects from strategy to implementation of new data & AI use cases
- Conduct workshops and presentations for decision-makers
Requirements
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, data science or a comparable field
- 5-10 years of professional experience in similar positions
- Sound understanding of the data value chain, from data engineering to machine learning and generative AI
- Proficient in modern data architectures and cloud-native solutions, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Skilled in Python and SQL for data engineering and machine learning tasks
- Strong understanding of data governance and AI regulations
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high customer orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for sales and customer projects
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
