Responsibilities
- Turn complex marketing, brand, and CRM data into reliable dashboards and visual stories that enable fast decision-making
- Maintain and improve our reporting layer to ensure stable visibility across channels and funnel stages
- Conduct deep-dive analytical work to uncover performance drivers, patterns, and opportunities for experimentation
- Build new analytical products that extend measurement capabilities, supporting full-funnel reporting and brand impact tracking
- Introduce automation to reduce manual reporting overhead and accelerate iteration cycles
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within commercial analytics, marketing, or CRM domains
- Strong proficiency in building dashboards and visual analytics (Tableau experience is highly preferred), with the ability to tell clear data stories
- Skilled in SQL, capable of writing, optimizing, and validating complex queries
- Proactive self-learner with a curious mindset, comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing better approaches
- Excellent communication skills and can translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
