Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports
- Perform exploratory and predictive analyses to identify trends and business opportunities
- Integrate and transform data from multiple sources; manage ETL processes to ensure accuracy and availability
- Support cluster-level data standardization, ensuring alignment across markets
- Improve BI processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance data quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training on BI tools and data usage
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience, including 2-4 years working with databases
- Strong skills in Power BI; desirable knowledge in SQL, Python, and AI
- Intermediate-advanced English
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Preferably familiar with market research
