We need an experienced leader like you to drive strategy and delivery for advanced AI and data engineering solutions that impact critical missions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee data engineering and AI delivery activities on some of the most mission-driven projects in the industry
- Set direction, guide technical teams, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data scientists in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Leverage your experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, and operational excellence to own the assessment, design, and delivery of advanced analytic and AI solutions for your clients
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, application development, data science, or a technical field
- 6+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining data applications for reporting and analytics at enterprise scale
- 5+ years of experience delivering data engineer solutions for the DoW and Combatant Commands
- 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership
- 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or R
- 1+ years of experience with Agentic AI capabilities and platforms
- Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Masters degree in a computer science, data science, or mathematics field
