finanzvergleich.com GmbH is a well-established online marketing agency based in Munich. Since 2012 we've been working with advertising agencies and marketing customers from the areas of banking, fintech and insurances. We are expanding our development team and thus seeking to hire a Freelance Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d).
In collaboration with our in-house developers, you will work on our frontend and backend software systems. You support full stack development focusing on data binding and interaction logic within a WordPress environment. You design, develop and implement frontend features with React JS and backend functionalities using the Symfony PHP framework. You have solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with various data sources. You will also take care of efficient SQL queries and optimizing the database architecture for improved performance of the applications. You write clean, maintainable, well- tested, commented and documented code following best practices. You use .git for version control and actively participate in code reviews. You are in regular communication with our Development team about your work.
You have 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (m/f/d), with a strong backend focus (PHP, Symfony preferred). You are highly proficient in industry-standard and modern HTML, CSS/CSS preprocessors, Node JS, JavaScript and TypeScript. You have proven experience writing clean, complex and efficient SQL queries.
You have a good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation frameworks.
You enjoy working in a team and at the same time can retain independent and self-managed.
You are open to new things and stay up to date with the potentials of modern web development.
We can rely on you, and you are used to deliver high quality output on time.
We require good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
Experience with Tracking and Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics/ Matomo). Experience with agentic development frameworks and workflows. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
