Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying the REACH (Remember Everyone Affects Customer Happiness) philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
- Cross-trained in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
- Promote TJX Rewards credit and loyalty programs
- Support and respond to Front End coverage as well as Dressing Room and Jewelry needs
Requirements
- Uphold a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect
- Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates
- Accept recognition and constructive feedback
- Adhere to labor laws and Associate meal and break period policies
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor
- Participate in maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
- Adhere to Front End policy and procedures including ringing sequence and operational controls
- Ensure go backs are properly tagged/hung and promptly returned to the sales floor
- Adhere and uphold merchandise and signage standards
- Partner with Merchandise Coordinator to create and maintain compelling features
- Identify and communicate alert signals and potential safety issues immediately to management/loss prevention
