You'll develop industrial software that powers daily operations at Aurubis, our parent company. Your work will have real impact beyond a backlog item. Working fullstack with Kotlin/Spring Boot and TypeScript/React, you'll build features end-to-end while keeping systems maintainable, performant, and intuitive for real users.
You'll tackle challenges without obvious answers, always asking 'why?' before 'how?' Working closely with product owners and designers, you'll find clean technical solutions to business problems. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, balance moving fast with building sustainably, and write code that's easily maintainable years from now.
As part of our international engineering team, you'll work closely with others to find solutions and share ownership of features end-to-end. You'll participate in technical discussions, share knowledge, support each other, and continuously improve how we build software together as a team.
