Responsibilities
- Develop modern web applications and integrate cloud-based tools to automate our HR processes, from applicant management to the employee lifecycle
- Implement interfaces to communicate with internal and external services/cloud applications like Workday or SmartRecruiters
- Provide services (e.g., for feedback processes) for central use by other employees
- Maintain and develop relevant components for monitoring and alerting to keep track of the status of our services
- Support other teams in the implementation of technical and functional projects and in the monitoring and analysis of applications to ensure the best possible outcome for our employees
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of software development of web applications with Python (Django as backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend)
- Experience in using and providing HTTP REST APIs
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL) is a plus
- Familiar with Git/DevOps tools like Ansible and Docker
- Proficient in German (at least C1), English skills are advantageous
