The D7 IT Team develops the next-generation software that enables business colleagues and customers to boost volume and processing efficiency, increasing revenue and decreasing operational costs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with business owners, business operation people and business analysts to understand and shape requirements
- Understand the potential and limitations of existing processes, platforms and technologies
- Capture and document requirements in detailed and understandable form
- Provide support to Software Engineers to understand and implement requirements
- Participate in testing and incident resolution
- Stay open-minded and understand the context of operating software in a regulated environment
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, IT or similar
- 5+ years (or 2+ for junior) of professional experience in business/functional analysis or testing
- Highly analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- High degree of self-dependence and team player attitude
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
