Responsibilities
- Design, support and implement electronic procurement solutions and professionally lead the involved teams
- Ensure the quality of project results, present your solutions to the customer and lead and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project controlling, steer measures in case of technical challenges and ensure compliance with the agreed scope of services
- Create clear, structured project documentation and define standards
- Successfully complete projects - with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency and profitability
- Advise customers on electronic business transactions and translate their requirements into viable solutions
- Position our electronic procurement solutions with customers, conduct workshops and presentations, and support stakeholders in evaluating complex customer requirements and making go/no-go decisions
- Identify technological and economic risks in offers and develop appropriate procedures together with sales and IT
- Continuously develop your subject area, coordinate with relevant company departments, and take content responsibility within the team - including knowledge building and training of your colleagues
Requirements
- Completed master's degree and several years of experience in eCommerce - ideally as an eCommerce Consultant - and knowledge of various eCommerce solutions as well as basic project planning and control
- Good process understanding in sales, logistics and invoicing, strong IT and business know-how and the ability to prepare complex technical topics in an understandable and target group-oriented way
- Develop individual eCommerce strategies, identify risks early and think entrepreneurially
- Work constructively with various stakeholders, are analytically strong, resilient and willing to travel
- Fluent in German and English (C1) and proficient in Microsoft Office
