Responsibilities
- Analyze and document customer requirements and reported issues in direct exchange with our clients, and translate them into well-structured tickets and technical specifications for the development team
- Plan the implementation together with the customer, prioritize topics and coordinate alignment between the customer, development, and internal stakeholders
- Accompany customer projects from the beginning - from conception to successful commissioning and ensure smooth implementation
- Manage and support interface and integration projects, including requirement gathering, data format alignment, and technical implementation guidance
- Act as a technical contact person for our customers and ensure the sustainable development of solutions
- Prepare customer data, Excel lists, and files with Python and C# so that they can be optimally further processed by our AI team
- Keep an eye on schedules, requirements, and technical feasibility, and ensure clean alignment between the customer and development
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, software engineering, computer science, or a comparable education
- Very good knowledge and several years of professional experience in .NET/C# and/or Python development, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
- Confident in customer contact and ideally experience in leading or supporting IT projects
- Ability to assess IT projects and customer requirements realistically in terms of specialist and time
- Very good communication and moderation skills to present complex technical issues clearly and understandably
- Structured, solution-oriented, and careful work approach
- Team player with open and clear communication
