Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a senior-heavy team to develop the recruitment platform that powers global courier onboarding
- Drive technical excellence by evolving your LWC and API skills within our world-class CI/CD architecture
- Automate HR processes and manage permissions to maintain a secure, future-proof Salesforce org
- Partner with the team to integrate external applications and cloud-based plug-ins
- Build expert reports that reflect our customer-centric approach to logistics
- Bridge the gap between Salesforce and our microservices through daily admin and development tasks
Requirements
- University degree in an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in administrating and developing in Salesforce
- Knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, HTML & CSS, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and SLDS standards
- General understanding of business processes for optimization and automation
- Salesforce certification or willingness to pursue the learning path
- Keen to develop and learn new things in a friendly environment
- Experience with Domain-Driven-Design
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub and CI/CD concepts
