Responsibilities
- Act as a technical lead within the .NET / Windows / WPF ecosystem, providing direction and guidance on design and implementation topics
- Take ownership across the full development lifecycle, including technical concept, implementation, review, and production readiness
- Lead collaboration with QA and BA teams to define, refine, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Serve as a key technical contact for other development teams using the framework and container APIs, supporting integration and adoption
- Drive the definition and evolution of user interfaces in close collaboration with the UX team, ensuring consistency and usability
Requirements
- Deep and comprehensive expertise in the .NET framework and C#, including advanced language features, architectural patterns, and best practices
- Strong and applied knowledge of data structures and algorithms, used to design efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions
- Many years of hands-on experience in designing and building high-performance desktop applications, with responsibility for technical quality and long-term maintainability
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, applied to complex technical challenges and system-level decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective technical leadership, stakeholder alignment, and knowledge sharing within and across teams
