Aufgaben
- Lead engineer in Java application development (domain focus, less GUI focus)
- Design and software-development for the IC Tester platform
- Proactive, expert ownership of modules and components of the IC Tester platform and drive new concepts forward
- Analyze complex problems, work with customers to understand their use models and propose and implement new solutions to leading edge technology problems
- Implement new functionality with high quality teamwork in an international environment
Anforderungen
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in computer science or similar
- Minimum 7 years industry experience in software development
- Minimum 1 year leading smaller SW teams or projects
- Strong knowledge of software development techniques, best practices & design methodologies
- Experience with large SW projects, including architecture, applications and customers
- Project Management Skills and experience in technical leadership as a lead engineer
- Intercultural understanding and communication capabilities, experience in working with foreign teams
- Experience in leading cross functional teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Good Linux / Unix knowledge
- Analytical skills to drive corrective actions based on KPIs
