Responsibilities

• Defining program goals, scope, and requirements with Product Management and cross-functional teams
• Leading engineering execution and serving as the primary technical contact for stakeholders
• Driving Product Development Process activities, ensuring documentation and gate reviews are completed
• Managing engineering hours, planning tasks, and supporting issue resolution
• Conducting feasibility studies, developing conceptual designs, and assessing development risks
• Creating technical scope, system requirements, test plans, and quality documentation
• Owning system design activities including FMEA, HAZOP, FEA, and technical qualification
• Planning and executing verification and validation to meet design and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in product or program development within power, industrial, or automation sectors
• Experience working in manufacturing and delivering capital equipment projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in engineering analysis tools and relevant software
• Ability to lead complex development programs in technical environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
