Responsibilities
- Defining program goals, scope, and requirements with Product Management and cross-functional teams
- Leading engineering execution and serving as the primary technical contact for stakeholders
- Driving Product Development Process activities, ensuring documentation and gate reviews are completed
- Managing engineering hours, planning tasks, and supporting issue resolution
- Conducting feasibility studies, developing conceptual designs, and assessing development risks
- Creating technical scope, system requirements, test plans, and quality documentation
- Owning system design activities including FMEA, HAZOP, FEA, and technical qualification
- Planning and executing verification and validation to meet design and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or program development within power, industrial, or automation sectors
- Experience working in manufacturing and delivering capital equipment projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in engineering analysis tools and relevant software
- Ability to lead complex development programs in technical environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
