Key Responsibilities
- Review Data Center inventory, in-bound shipments, and ongoing demand
- Handle incoming shipments, including unpacking boxes, performing checks and system updates to material tracking databases
- Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed to Data Center Technicians and Engineers
- Keep accurate records of material movements
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Operate Return Merchandise Authorization process and receive replacements
- Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups
- Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of the company
- Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces
- Frequent lifting and movement of materials and products
Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
