Hardware Verification
As part of the Hardware Verification team, you will play a key role in verifying IBM's high-performance processors, which are the backbone of the company's industry-leading computing platforms. You will have the chance to work on three potential projects:
- Improving the productivity of hardware developers by designing and implementing novel tools, such as language servers, debugger plugins, and AI-powered coding assistants.
- Shaping the future of project management with AI by designing and prototyping intelligent tools that enhance planning, monitoring, and communication for complex hardware projects.
- Exploring solutions to run thousands of batch jobs in the cloud for hardware simulation, focusing on reliability, result collection, and user interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Enrolled in a Master's program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Solid programming skills (C++ preferred) and experience with scripting languages like Python
- Familiarity with development tools and technologies (e.g., Git)
- Strong team player with a passion for working in international teams
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
