Responsibilities
- Drive and own the overall partner marketing strategy and program for Google Cloud in the DACH sub-region
- Align and manage partner marketing budgets and analyze the effectiveness of co-marketing campaigns to determine return on investment (ROI) and partner prioritize resources
- Align with business stakeholders on overarching performance expectations and results
- Work closely with direct Marketing to include partners in Google's owned and operated campaign
- Lead and develop Partner Marketing campaigns for the DACH market in tight alignment with local priorities and working closely with the EMEA and global Partner Marketing teams
- Grow awareness, familiarity, and perception for Google Cloud on key themes for the corporate traditional segment
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- 9 years of experience in field marketing
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and executing multiple partner marketing programs
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and in leading programs or initiatives
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management
- Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
- Experience in the cloud market, and experience in and passion for partner marketing
- Project management skills, including managing large projects, vendors, and agencies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills externally and internally
