Responsibilities
- Exploratory data analysis of large-scale genomic datasets
- Development of novel algorithms for multi-omics data integration
- Contribution to scientific publications and presentations
- Collaboration with other researchers
Requirements
- A Masters degree (or equivalent) in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics or a related field
- Strong programming skills in R or Python
- Proficiency in Linux and high-performance computing (HPC) systems is a plus
- Experience with NGS data analysis (e.g. RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, WGBS, ChIP-seq) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis and interpret complex datasets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong written and spoken English skills
