Responsibilities
- Assisting the MBUSA service engineers in identifying, tracking, and resolving issues in the Mercedes-Benz model lines sold and serviced in the US (NAFTA) market
- Participating in component level tear down and root cause analysis
- Interfacing with the other business units of MBUSA on PTSs behalf in conjunction with the engineers in order to support our dealers and products
- Creation of AI Bots utilizing Copilot
Requirements
- Students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date
- Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
- Working level aptitude with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Copilot
- Strong technical mindset, automotive based diagnostics experience preferred
- Experience in Python, Copilot, and Power Automate
- Experience in constructing and teaching bots within Copilot
- Database and data management skills, reporting, and interpretation
- Strong oral and written communication skills specifically with respect to technical writing
