OSF Digital is seeking a strategic and visionary Revenue Management Leader to lead their Salesforce Revenue Cloud practice and act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives within the markets of Germany, France, and the UK. This role is critical in shaping revenue transformation strategies, designing high-impact solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes for their enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise C-level executives on revenue lifecycle transformation, monetization, compliance, and financial operations.
- Lead solution strategy and design for complex Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Build and grow a world-class Revenue Cloud practice—frameworks, IP, team structure, and go-to-market offerings.
- Support sales and strategic pursuits, including discovery, scoping, pricing, and executive sponsorship.
- Ensure delivery excellence, governance, and customer satisfaction across engagements.
- Maintain strong partnerships with Salesforce Revenue Cloud product and sales teams.
- Act as a thought leader in the Revenue Cloud and RevOps space.
Ideal Profile
- Proven leadership in Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ/Billing transformations.
- Deep understanding of RevOps, finance transformation, and subscription models.
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders, especially in complex sales or delivery cycles.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to scale a practice and lead high-performing teams.
- Fluency in German/French is a plus.
