Responsibilities

Consider outside-in and inside-out perspective when challenging the status quo in analyzing existing processes, recommending improvements, and implementing innovative improvements of operations processes and tools that accelerate business impact
Develop a vision and build a roadmap to enable operational excellence, process optimization, and effective execution
Identify, lead, and coordinate execution of advanced technical, adaptive or strategic projects designed to address and improve business bottlenecks, gaps or deficiencies
Enable business and sales stakeholders to leverage, adopt and adhere to defined core processes or tools
Innovate, design, blueprint, and build sales supporting infrastructure (systems tools, or applications)

Requirements

Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date)
English (B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent)
High Analytical Capability
Innovative Thinking
Team working
Good communication skills
Very Proactive, self-learning, self-management
Results oriented
Very good knowledge of presentation tools (Power point or similar)
Very good knowledge of excel
