The AI Platform Team is our innovation driver in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI-powered software solutions that enhance our products through intelligent automation and smarter decision-making.
Design and integrate machine learning models and AI algorithms into our existing system landscape – both on-premise and in the cloud.
Play a key role in developing modern APIs and backend components that enable and accelerate the use of AI in our products.
Contribute your expertise to identify and implement the best AI solutions for our customers in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Support your team with technical know-how in evaluating new technologies, prototyping, and transforming research results into production-ready features.
Actively contribute to our cloud transformation by designing and deploying scalable AI services.
Take the freedom to contribute your own ideas and suggestions to shape the further development of the company's AI strategy.

Your Profile

Strong experience in developing complex systems with Python and a deep understanding of modern software architectures.
Hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science – ideally in deploying ML models into production environments.
Proficiency in data processing and modeling (e.g., MSSQL, NoSQL, or data pipelines).
Solid knowledge of modern development paradigms and language features such as async/await, dependency injection, and clean code principles.
Experience in developing and integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL) into complex systems.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar platforms) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., React) is advantageous, though your focus will be on backend and AI components.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to deliver real value through your solutions.
Analytical thinking, solution-oriented work, as well as teamwork and reliability, are second nature to you.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
