Your Role

Own problems, not tickets. You won't be handed a backlog. You'll be handed challenges like 'our hosts spend too much time on guest communication' or 'we need to understand why conversion drops here' and you'll figure out what to build.

Ship fast, learn faster. We measure output in customer impact, not lines of code. You'll take features from idea to production, often in days.

Work at the frontier. Our Agentic Experience team builds AI agents that handle thousands of real guest-host conversations, automate complex workflows, and push the boundaries of what's possible with LLMs in production.

Know your tools, stay curious. Our stack runs on Kotlin/Java, AWS, k8s, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL, and you won't hesitate to introduce the right tool for tomorrow.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Kotlin or Java)
• Use AI coding tools like Claude Code as a natural extension of your workflow
• Shipped production systems and understand what it takes to keep them running
• Think in products, not features - ask 'what problem are we solving?' before 'what should I build?'
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by ownership
• Strong fundamentals (language matters less than the thinking)
• Communicate clearly - with code, in documents, and in conversation
