Responsibilities
- Design & Build Innovative AI: Architect and implement end-to-end ML solutions, from data engineering to deploying sophisticated models (including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI systems) and deploy them on all major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Engineer agentic systems and complex workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Guide Projects to Success: Lead your teams projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and translating client business needs into clear technical roadmaps.
- Mentor & Empower the Team: Act as a technical guide for other engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and coaching them to grow their skills.
- Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with our sales team to explore and shape exciting new client opportunities, lending your technical expertise to the conversation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience with Machine Learning and software development, with proficiency in Python and Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- A proven ability to lead technical projects and guide fellow engineers with a coaching mindset.
- A deep passion and knowledge of GenAI, conversational AI, and/or agentic systems, with a clear interest in customer-facing use cases such as marketing, sales, and customer support.
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for explaining complex technical ideas to clients and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, structured way.
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems.
