Responsibilities

• Take business problems, translate them into technical problems, and work with the team to ensure proper design, planning, and delivery
• Help envision and develop a scalable software architecture for the API, written in PHP
• Embrace modern agile software development methodologies and extreme programming practices such as TDD and pair programming
• Leverage the right tools for the right tasks without being dogmatic
• Contribute your ideas and creations in a flat hierarchy with short decision paths

Requirements

• Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn
• Able to handle complex technical tasks independently
• Team player, ensuring high-quality, technically sound solutions
• 5+ years of experience with PHP, with a strong focus on modern development
• Proven expertise in Symfony or Laravel, following best practices for scalable applications
• Golang experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and software architecture
• Strong experience with MySQL & Redis
• Fluent English communication skills
