Your Tasks

• You work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts, and product owners on high-quality software solutions.
• Together with your team, you conceptualize complex and versatile software projects and realize them together with our customers.
• You live agile software development with us in daily scrums, customer reviews, and retrospectives with the support of our agile coaches.
• You design long-lasting software architectures together with your team and implement them iteratively and incrementally.
• You use DevOps methods to quickly deliver value to end-users and collect feedback.
• You introduce new and stable technologies at the appropriate places.
• You work in a self-organized way in your project team, take responsibility, and actively shape XITASO.

Your Profile

• You have several years of practical experience in software development.
• You speak very good German (C1) and fluent English (at least B2) for clear and secure communication within the team and with our partners.
• You identify with our technology stack and are eager to expand it.
• You have a broad understanding of technology and concepts and follow current developments.
• High quality is important to you - this includes unit tests, code reviews, clean code, design patterns, refactoring, conceptual clarity, and modular architectures.
• You enjoy working on challenging architectural issues together with your team and project stakeholders.
• You coach less experienced colleagues and help them on their way to becoming senior software engineers.
• You communicate openly and honestly, provide constructive criticism, and accept feedback.
