Responsibilities
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers & advisors
- Design controls and automation systems for the operation and monitoring of mission-critical mechanical and electrical infrastructures from concept to Construction Supervision, Testing & Commission and Hand-Over
- Own the preparation and review of dedicated design deliverables
- Work closely with data centre clients and MEP designers to engineer cost efficient, best in class solutions that meet clients' needs and latest industrial standards
- Present technical content for review by technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay up-to-date with trends and standard methodologies in the industry
- Collaborate with colleagues across geographic borders
Requirements
- University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Design or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience designing controls & automation systems for Services Infrastructure in industrial facilities, with mandatory experience in Data Centers
- Strong sense of ownership for the quality of project deliverables and timelines, with effective prioritization skills
- Proficient with dedicated software tools and experience in BIM environments
- Knowledge of relevant German and international codes and industry standards
- Fluent in English, minimum B2 level in German
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
