Responsibilities
- Define the technical direction for the frontend stack
- Lead the implementation and governance of the Design System and Component Library
- Own and enforce Core Web Vitals, optimize bundle sizes, build speeds, and asset delivery
- Architect solutions for efficient, localized state management
- Act as the internal customer for the frontend platform, improve CI/CD and local development tooling
- Lead by example through rigorous code reviews and mentor mid-level engineers
Requirements
- 6+ years of frontend experience (4+ with React/TypeScript)
- Proven ability to diagnose and improve application performance under high load
- Expert-level understanding of Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and browser APIs
- Expert knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client
- Track record of collaborating effectively with Product and UX/UI
