Your Responsibilities
- Build production-ready GenAI systems: Train, fine-tune, and deploy models for business-critical use cases
- Develop autonomous AI agents: Design agents that make informed decisions, interact with users and systems, and integrate with tools and data sources
- Implement advanced RAG & multi-agent systems: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and orchestrate multi-agent workflows
- Create scalable AI services: Package models into reusable APIs and serverless architectures
- Integrate with enterprise platforms: Connect AI solutions with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other systems for workflow automation
- Ensure reliability, explainability & compliance: Deliver trustworthy, transparent, and compliant AI solutions
- Leverage cloud-native architectures: Work with AWS or other cloud platforms to build scalable AI pipelines
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
- Proven experience deploying high-accuracy, scaled AI Systems in production
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration
- Strong Python skills and experience with modern GenAI frameworks, vector databases, and embedding strategies
- Experience building robust APIs and serverless AI Services with async patterns, error handling, and scalability
- Practical experience with cloud AI/ML Services or equivalent cloud environments
- Data-driven and pragmatic mindset, delivering production-ready solutions with measurable impact
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Collaborative, curious, and purpose-driven, ready to tackle complex AI challenges
