Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the CDO to design and run transformational programs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements
- Establish relationships across regions to drive transformation and impact
- Support in developing a high-performing management and implementation team
Program Management
- Define and develop transformational programs in a crawl, walk, run approach
- Lead and drive the execution of complex digital programs from concept to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
- Over 5 years of B2B experience, including as a management consultant with strong digital experience
- Strong hands-on experience in working with Agile methodologies in a global B2B setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Experience with digital product development, preferably in software, mobile apps, or web platforms
- Ownership mindset and ability to turn teams into high-performing teams
