Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize processes related to digital workplaces and intelligent building IT infrastructure
- Gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements from Business, IT, Real Estate Services, and Workplace Transformation
- Design and support the implementation of modern building IT technologies
- Contribute to defining requirement standards and quality objectives in close alignment with key stakeholders
- Coordinate between relevant IT services, IT security, Real Estate Services, and external partners
- Support pilot projects through to international rollouts
- Assist with testing, acceptance, transition to operations, and user training
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Building Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international IT project management and requirements management, ideally within campus, facility, or smart building technology environments
- Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or System Engineer
- Solid knowledge of network architectures, cloud and IoT technologies, communication systems, meeting room technologies, and IT infrastructure projects
- Ability to present technical content clearly and comprehensibly to stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, a solution oriented mindset, and a high level of initiative
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
