Position Overview
DB Investment Services GmbH provides services within Deutsche Bank in the area of securities transaction processing, such as the processing of capital measures. To support the departments in efficiently carrying out these processes, the Business Solutions team is responsible for the development, further development and maintenance of applications for the digitization and (partial) automation of processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Work in an agile team throughout the complete software development lifecycle, with a focus on the further development and maintenance of Java EE-based applications.
- Be directly involved in the analysis and documentation of functional requirements and provide technical expertise in direct contact with the departments.
- Closely collaborate with the responsible architect during the implementation of requirements, ensuring the fulfillment of architectural specifications and technical quality.
- Create and maintain documentation as part of clean development work, and ensure compliance with regulatory and other requirements.
- Provide support in case of incidents or in the maintenance of applications on other technology stacks.
Your Skills and Experience
- Successfully completed degree from an accredited university or university of applied sciences with a focus on business informatics, computer science or application development (or equivalent) or a comparable education.
- Extensive experience in implementing Java EE-based applications, especially based on Oracle Weblogic.
- Experience in using Oracle databases, Java Server Faces and Apache Camel is desirable.
- Practical experience in using Spring Boot, Quarkus and OpenShift is an advantage.
- Excellent German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
