Responsibilities
- Develop performant, secure and scalable backend solutions and ensure integration into existing architectures
- Work with HTML, CSS and JavaScript to optimize interfaces or make necessary adjustments to the user interface
- Take a leading role in the developer team and support your colleagues in their professional development
- Act as the interface between our development team and our clients, gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Work in a Scrum team, actively contribute ideas and ensure sustainable and efficient development with your technical understanding
- Place value on clean, maintainable code and rely on best practices like code reviews, unit tests and continuous integration
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in developing PHP backend applications (e.g. with Laravel, Symfony or comparable frameworks)
- Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript to perform frontend adjustments
- Agile mindset - you enjoy working in the Scrum framework and actively contribute to the development process
- Strong communication skills - you enjoy working with clients and the development team to develop and present solutions
- Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Basic knowledge of DevOps methods and experience with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
- Confident command of the German language
- Eager to continuously develop and contribute your skills to a motivated team
