Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and implementation of software applications to support the business goals of the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Write, test and debug code to ensure applications meet performance and quality standards
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capability
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development
- Experience with Java, C, C#, C++ or similar programming languages
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- An equivalent combination of educational background, related experience or military service
