Responsibilities
- Partner closely with cross-functional peers to evolve and deliver how our users take action on the web
- Design and implement new autofill features for Chrome on various operating systems, primarily working with C++ code
- Enhance detection and server-side classification algorithms to improve Chrome's ability to accurately detect web form fields and process form data reliably
- Collaborate on OS-level integrations and UI enhancements for Chrome Autofill, involving languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and Objective-C++
- Partner with peers to design solutions for ambiguous problems to improve the client and server back-ends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
- 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Experience in Web or desktop application development, full-stack development
- Experience with acquiring or managing data sets, evaluating and iteration on Large Language Model (LLM) prompts
