Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest data from diverse on-premise and cloud-based sources into the enterprise data platform.
- Work hands-on with AWS technologies such as AWS S3, AWS DMS, along with Python and Snowflake, to develop scalable and reliable data solutions.
- Lead and deliver complex data engineering projects across ETL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence domains.
- Create, execute, and maintain data quality and validation scripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality data solutions.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Participate actively in pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and client discussions.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to solutioning, innovation, and continuous improvement across accounts.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience delivering data engineering projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (S3, DMS, etc.), Python, and Snowflake.
- Deep expertise in ETL processes, Data Warehousing concepts, and Business Intelligence.
- Proven experience managing and delivering complex, technical development projects.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and best practices in data engineering.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to engage in pre-sales and work across multiple accounts as needed.
