Responsibilities
- Support regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives as per strategy, delivering desired results
- Partner with Regional TA leads on their area requirements for TA Operations
- Support new enhancements and integrations testing of Talent Acquisition tools
- Onboard new recruiters into Talent Acquisition systems and tools
- Manage the Global TA mailbox, resolving queries and issues raised by recruiters
- Collaborate with HR departments to provide TA support and learn new HR areas
- Participate in Workday releases and testing of enhancements and new solutions
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2-4 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
- Experience in managing and implementing CRM/ATS or new HR tools and technology
- Good knowledge of Excel and exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools
- Passion for technology and ability to learn new tools quickly
