Responsibilities
- Take a central role in a team for the implementation of company-wide applications with Amazon Web Services (especially backend engineering)
- Serve as a technical contact person for development teams and stakeholders
- Analyze requirements, create technical concepts, and support their implementation
- Implement best practices, regularly conduct code reviews, and ensure the quality of cloud solutions
- Be part of an international and agile team of (technology) consultants, software developers, and QA engineers working on innovative solutions
- Successfully solve complex problems in collaboration with our global and internal clients
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering (especially backend)
- Solid knowledge of backend technologies (NodeJS, Typescript) and database systems (NoSQL, SQL)
- Extensive experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions and familiarity with common documentation methodologies
- Very good knowledge and experience with agile methods like Scrum and Kanban as well as their implementation with Jira and Confluence
- Technical expertise in web services/RESTful APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices
