Agora Energiewende, Agora Industry and Agora Agriculture are part of the Agora Think Tanks, united in the mission to achieve climate neutrality by mid-century. They collaborate closely with key stakeholders from politics, business, science, and civil society. With approximately 180 employees across four locations worldwide, they combine research, dialogue, and public outreach in their everyday work. Aufgaben
- Contributing to full-stack website development, including modern front-end implementation and back-end integration with the CMS and data infrastructure
- Developing and maintaining the internal component workspace (currently Pattern Lab)
- Designing and implementing new website features and tools, including creating mock-ups
- Managing projects independently, serving as the key interface between the communications department, IT, and the data team
- Communicating web-related topics within the organisation, including conducting training sessions
- Collaborating closely with external service providers
Anforderungen
- Excellent skills in front-end technologies, including HTML5, modern CSS, and JS/TS fundamentals; experience with Angular is a plus
- Solid understanding of PHP development, preferably with exposure to PHP-based content management systems
- Solid experience with Git-based workflows and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Attention to detail in design, including experience with common design and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in project management and coordinating interdisciplinary teams
- Creativity and strategic thinking to drive and implement innovative ideas
- Good command of German and excellent English skills
