Your Tasks
- Find solutions to incoming 1st and 2nd level support cases and be flexible in finding solutions
- Communicate effectively in English and/or German with internal customers and service providers
- Technical expertise and clear solution communication go hand in hand for you
- Adhere to and implement compliance processes
- Keep technical and procedural documentation up to date
Your Profile
- Successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience (3 years) in application support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central and openness to supporting other SaaS tools
- Characterized by helpfulness, strong communication skills and solution orientation
- High sense of responsibility and integrity as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
