Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges, and translate them into analytical approaches
- Collect, understand, and analyze the existing data landscape as a pre-requisite for the AI application
- Support the development of scalable solution architectures
- Contribute to preparing, testing, and releasing AI features
- Create simple demos, prototypes and practical enablement materials
- Assist in preparing and delivering workshops, communicating insights and recommendations
Requirements
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative or technical field
- Enthusiasm about broader business challenges and ability to translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent English language, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient programming skills in Python or R, solid SQL skills
- Experience in building backend services or pipelines and integrating ML/LLM components
- Good knowledge of Retrieval/RAG, agent orchestration, and the field of AI in general
- Practical experience in analyzing complex datasets and developing analytical or AI-based models
- Some first experience in working on strategic or cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment
