Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges, and translate them into analytical approaches
- Collect, understand, and analyze the existing data landscape as a prerequisite for AI applications
- Develop scalable solution architectures and design systems that can be efficiently implemented at scale
- Prepare, test, and release AI features, monitor performance, and understand key indicators
- Create demos, prototypes, and practical enablement materials to help colleagues and users get started quickly
- Deliver workshops, communicating insights and recommendations in a clear, structured manner
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Product Managers
Requirements
- University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of working experience in business-relevant data science or AI engineering projects
- Strong programming skills in Python and solid experience with SQL
- Proven experience in building backend services, data pipelines, or integrating ML/LLM components into production environments
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and experience developing and deploying models that generate real business impact
- Practical experience with modern ML/AI frameworks and a good grasp of MLOps workflows for scalable model deployment
- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed data environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
