Key Responsibilities
- Solve customer cases through various contact channels like telephone, email, and web/live chat
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for customers
- Drive customer interactions by working with customers to identify root causes of issues
- Coach/mentor new hires, develop & present training, partner with development teams
- Participate in new hiring, write tools/scripts to help the team
- Work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information science, IT, data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Legal right to work in Germany
