Job Responsibilities
- Solve customer cases through various contact channels (phone, email, web/live chat)
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for customers
- Work with customers to identify and resolve root causes of issues
- Coach/mentor new hires, develop & present training
- Partner with development teams on complex issues or contact deflection initiatives
- Participate in new hiring, write tools/scripts to help the team
- Work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Legal right to work in Germany
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science/IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field OR equivalent 6+ months of technical experience
- Experience in Linux OS and network troubleshooting, or strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
